• Model and document operations processes to reputed company understand how to approach improving them
• Work alongside Engineering and Operations teams to reputed company understand issues and communicate plans and solutions

The Skillset

• BS/MS/PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or reputed company field, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years proven experience as an operations researcher or equivalent role
• Experience developing and maintaining end-to-end operations research production processes, including data modeling, algorithm development, testing, and metric tracking
• Strong experience using optimization packages such as CPLEX, Gurobi and OR-Tools
• Strong experience using programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python to implement optimization models
• Proficiency in SQL and data processing skills, with exposure/experience with dbt a strong plus
• Experience in data visualization tools (ex. reputed company, Tableau)
