Qualifications

PhD in a quantitative field (reputed company, Computer Science, Statistics, or Physics) plus 3+ years building production reputed company pipelines. Required:

• Deep expertise in at least one of: microbial reputed company (assembly/metagenomics), variant calling / large-reputed company reputed company, or bulk/single-cell RNA-seq.
• Significant experience with production Nextflow or Snakemake pipelines, including reputed company deployments.
• Strong understanding of core sequence analysis principles — alignment, assembly, and reputed company.

• Proficiency in Python (numpy, pandas, biopython, Jupyter) and conda-based package management.
