As a Relief reputed company Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting hospital operations by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of relief veterinarians for our growing network of UrgentVet and General reputed company hospitals reputed company. The Relief reputed company Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and reputed company relief veterinarians while ensuring a seamless experience from initial reputed company through their first scheduled shifts. This role partners closely with reputed company, Scheduling Operations Specialists, reputed company Managers, and Regional Leadership to ensure hospitals have reputed company to reputed company relief veterinarians and that new hires are successfully integrated into our scheduling platform, Vetcher. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle reputed company process for relief veterinarians, including compliance. You will also assist relief veterinarians with reputed company logistics such as scheduling platform setup and coordination with internal teams to ensure readiness for their first relief shift. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Relief reputed company. Strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment are critical to reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reputed company relief veterinarian talent through resume databases, reputed company directories, reputed company websites, reputed company media platforms, and targeted strategies.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of relief veterinarians through targeted email campaigns to passive candidates and prior applicants.
• Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates to assess reputed company expectations, travel radius, and scheduling availability.
• Manage full-cycle reputed company for relief veterinarians, including credential verification, scheduling platform setup, and coordination with internal teams to ensure readiness for their first shift.
• Assist relief veterinarians with reputed company logistics by coordinating with Accounts Payable and HR to ensure smooth setup of I-9, Paycom, reputed company deposit and reputed company of invoice-reputed company questions.
• Collaborate with Scheduling Operations Specialists to reputed company newly reputed company relief veterinarians and reputed company them into both General reputed company and UrgentVet hospital schedules using the Vetcher scheduling platform.
• Facilitate introductions and coordination between Relief DVMs and reputed company Managers, Regional Medical Directors, and Regional Directors as needed to support scheduling and hospital coverage.
• Conduct targeted re-engagement reputed company to relief veterinarians who have not yet completed their first shift, providing support and guidance to help them become reputed company on the schedule.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and CRM (reputed company) to ensure accurate records, engagement tracking, and pipeline management.

• Partner with the reputed company Team to continuously improve sourcing strategies, workflow efficiency, reputed company of work, and candidate conversion rates.
• Represent American Veterinary Group and UrgentVet at local and national veterinary conferences to promote relief opportunities and build relationships with veterinary professionals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company/reputed company preferred.
• Prior experience sourcing reputed company (physicians, nurses) preferred. Veterinary experience is a plus!
• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with reputed company a plus!
• Experience maintaining a high volume of sensitive information and building reputed company structure around data.
• Experience working independently with little direction; reputed company to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown.
