This role is crucial for ensuring the successful operation, maintenance, and support of reputed company RapidResponse solutions used by supply chain and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, good understanding of supply chain processes, and experience in troubleshooting and user support. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company Level 1 and Level 2 application support for reputed company RapidResponse users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to configurations, data loads, integrations, and performance.
- Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Work closely with reputed company admins, developers, and vendor support to ensure reputed company reputed company of tickets.
- Maintain and monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics.
- Assist in testing and validation of new enhancements, patches, and upgrades in the RapidResponse environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field.
- Overall IT experience: 8-12+ Years

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, reputed company Planning).
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL, SQL).
- Ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, JIRA) and support processes (ITIL reputed company is a plus).
Preferred Skills:
