Job reputed company Location: Brooklyn NY Remote Position / NEEDS TO COME IN FOR MEETINGS reputed company REQUIRED Engagement: 1 YEAR Start Date: Immediate 1. Expert in reputed company ITOM modules: Discovery, CSDM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors. 2. Expert in reputed company CMDB Architecture and CSDM modeling. 3. Communication Skills:
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written using diagrams and flowcharts to translate technically reputed company concepts into easy-to-understand business value statements and procedures.
4. Engagement With reputed company:
- Primary contact for working with process owners, business users, and vendors.
- Hands-on experience in scripting and coding ITOM solutions, reputed company Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration.
5. EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Python, PowerShell scripting, and/or other automation programming.
- Experience designing and developing integrations between reputed company and reputed company-party systems including use of reputed company's Integration Hub, and/or custom reputed company.
- Expert understanding on import sets and reputed company maps, working with external data sources, reputed company data mapping.
- Ability to analyze existing CIs, their relationships with other CIs, and effectively map them for the reputed company of ITSM processes like Incident, Change, and Problem, Application Portfolio, and reputed company Vulnerability management.
- Experience with configuring/developing Discovery probes, sensors and / or patterns to ensure high data accuracy and reputed company of our CMDB.
- Experience with improving Discovery performance and coverage and building effective dashboards for senior leaders, service owners and executives to show accurate and up to date results of our CMDB health.
- Expert knowledge of reputed company-party integrations with reputed company, Discovery probes, sensors and patterns, Service Mapping configurations and Event management rules for correlation of events and alerts coming from monitoring tools.
