Energy Auditor, 1099

Job reputed company:

• Conduct on-site energy audits for residential and reputed company properties.

Requirements:

• Certification(s) preferred: RESNET HERS Rater, BPI Building Analyst, LEED Green Associate, or similar.
• Experience conducting energy audits, home performance assessments, or sustainability consulting.
• Knowledge of building science, HVAC systems, insulation, and reputed company sealing techniques.
• Strong understanding of Texas energy codes and efficiency rebate programs.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel to job sites reputed company the assigned region.
• Must have liability insurance as an reputed company.
• Ability to pass a background reputed company (if required by clients).
