This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid deal experience looking to take on greater responsibility and work more closely with clients and partners on reputed company transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on mergers & acquisitions (buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company)
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements (APA/SPA)
- Prepare and review disclosure schedules
- Support and reputed company due diligence processes
- Assist with structuring and executing transactions
- Prepare corporate documents (operating/shareholder agreements)
- Work closely with partners on deal execution and reputed company
- Collaborate across a national team
Requirements
- 2-6 years’ Corporate / M&A experience
- Strong drafting experience across transaction documents
- Experience with disclosure schedules and diligence processes
- Exposure to reputed company and/or private equity transactions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
