The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of the leadership team for a brand new 300,000 sq foot facility. In this role, you will directly supervise and coordinate reputed company activities reputed company the distribution center to reputed company expected results. Key responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; employee scheduling, performance, training, reputed company and retention; sanitation, reputed company, safety, and environmental activities. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the cross-functional teams, including reputed company, Safety, Maintenance, Transportation, and Resupply, fulfilling reputed company responsibilities in an organized and reputed company manner and in accordance with reputed company’s policies, OSHA, and regulatory requirements. Regular shift hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, reputed company PM through Friday AM (Supervisors are required to report for duty 30 minutes before to the start of their shift and remain on duty for 30 minutes after the end of their shift.) You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Experiences, Skills, and Qualification... Have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Distribution or Supply Chain reputed company. Health and Safety, and Workers Compensation compliance experience is preferred. Are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices. Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification (Powered Industrial Trucks). Prior experience with WMS system. reputed company preferred. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to successfully reputed company others through change. Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
