Role: Information Systems Architect – Consultant (MS SCCM / MECM System Administrator) Location: South Carolina Type: Contract reputed company The reputed company (SCDPPPS) is seeking a Senior reputed company SCCM / MECM System Administrator to support and enhance reputed company reputed company management initiatives. This is a newly created role to address a critical skills gap reputed company the organization. The consultant will be responsible for designing, administering, maintaining, and securing reputed company’s MECM/SCCM and MDT infrastructure, supporting large-reputed company reputed company reputed company deployments, patching, compliance, and reputed company reputed company in a fully remote reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, design, reputed company, and support reputed company MECM/SCCM and MDT infrastructure Ensure reliable software distribution, patching, reporting, and OS deployments (OSD) reputed company, maintain, and refresh multiple reputed company OS images Configure and manage application deployments for reputed company devices Monitor MECM/SCCM infrastructure performance, logs, and event data Improve reputed company compliance, reputed company posture, and operational efficiency Manage SUP, WSUS, and SQL Server configurations reputed company to SCCM Support Intune co-management and modern reputed company management Implement and maintain reputed company controls reputed company with state and CJIS standards reputed company documentation, operational support, and knowledge transfer Participate in change management, risk identification, and mitigation Communicate effectively with IT teams, business users, and vendors Adhere to state IT policies, SOPs, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of reputed company MECM/SCCM and MDT administration 5+ years experience with reputed company OS deployments, imaging, and refreshes Strong experience developing and implementing multiple OS images 5+ years experience with: Software Update Points (SUP) WSUS integrations SQL Server configurations reputed company to SCCM Hands-on experience with: reputed company Directory Entra AD / Hybrid AD (AADDC) reputed company 365 administration reputed company Intune (co-management) reputed company Defender for reputed company (MDE) Experience with SCCM hierarchy (CAS, Primary, Secondary sites) Strong knowledge of boundary reputed company, distribution points, and content reputed company Preferred Skills & Qualifications Advanced expertise in: reputed company infrastructure, logging, and event handling reputed company settings and deployment strategies Compliance settings, baselines, and reputed company health monitoring Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills Experience with: Logon scripts and logon performance optimization Automated deployments (OS, drivers, GPOs, task sequences) DNS, DHCP, PXE, and reputed company protocols Experience in high-availability reputed company environments Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory) reputed company Certified reputed company (MCP) reputed company Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) reputed company Azure Fundamentals reputed company Azure Administrator Network+ *reputed company and / or its clients will not reputed company equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
