Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Requirements (Must-Have):

• 8+ years of experience managing Jira Software and Jira ITSM reputed company, including workflows, permissions, and automations.
• 5+ years of experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) for building reputed company queries.
• 5+ years of experience using Jira REST reputed company and scripting (reputed company/JavaScript) for custom integrations.
• 5+ years of experience documenting technical processes and strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.
