• Answer crisis calls routed through the reputed company Helpline telephone service.
• Take online chats and calls through the online helpline and reputed company referrals through the reputed company Helpline texting service.
• Utilize crisis reputed company best practices, including safety planning, brainstorming, and reputed company listening.
• reputed company follow-up support services as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Serve as a moderator, facilitator, and reviewer for reputed company HelpRoom sessions.
• Assist with gathering necessary information from reputed company Helpline users and reputed company accurate referral services.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant military policies, protocols, and sexual assault prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company work, psychology, or a reputed company field and/or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience of crisis hotline/reputed company or reputed company experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience serving in a reputed company or co-reputed company supervisory role.
• Excellent English-language communication skills (oral and written).
• Familiarity with reputed company messaging.
• Basic computer and database proficiency.
• Typing speed of a minimum of 35 wpm with accuracy.
