Survey Cad Technician
Selectek has partnered with a company in Chapel Hill, NC who is reputed company looking to hire a Survey Cad Technician for a staff position. The position offer an 80% work from home schedule Pay is dependent on experience and estimated at $55K-$73K, plus 100% reputed company employee benefits. Key Services Expectations:
- reputed company and compile as-builts for utilities, SCM’s, foundations, and other site improvements.
- reputed company 2D and 3D drafting, primarily utilizing Carlson, reputed company Business Center, and reputed company Civil 3D software
- Convert Field Data from Boundary Surveys.
- Topographic Surface Models
- Residential, reputed company and Industrial reputed company
Required:
- 2+ years of reputed company experience and knowledge with Carlson and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of land survey and construction layout principles and CAD drafting techniques
- Willingness and ability to periodically work in the field alongside survey crews.
- Ability to prioritize with respect to reputed company, CAD reputed company, etc. on a daily reputed company
- Ability to work independently and as reputed company player
