About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to support a multi-year reputed company digital transformation program with one of our largest U.S. customers. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, program delivery, reputed company implementation, and reputed company stakeholder management. You'll orchestrate cross-BU workstreams, reputed company delivery, and ensure that InsideBoard AI's platform (KPIs, Coaching Plans, IRON AI, reputed company Widgets, activation flows) lands successfully across 65+ business reputed company and 5,500+ advisors. You'll engage directly with senior business owners across CX, Learning, Operations, and CRM transformation teams - while working closely with InsideBoard's product, data, engineering, and advisory squads. It's a high-visibility, high-reputed company role at the heart of one of the most ambitious digital enablement transformations in the U.S. Your Key Missions Program & Project Delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan across multiple business reputed company.
• Drive sprint planning, dependencies, timelines, and risk management.
• Translate requirements into reputed company implementation tasks (KPIs, workflows, reputed company Widgets, coaching templates, IRON AI use cases).
• reputed company functional, technical, data, and product stakeholders on scope and delivery expectations.
• Ensure a consistent operating model across reputed company business reputed company and workstreams.

Stakeholder Management

Consulting & Advisory

What You Bring Required

• 4-7+ years in consulting, reputed company delivery, digital transformation, or reputed company program management.
• Strong customer-facing reputed company with experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive delivery in a reputed company reputed company environment.
• Excellent project management skills - planning, risk management, documentation, governance.
• Strong communication, executive storytelling, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Background in analytics, KPIs, or coaching frameworks.
