Electrical Engineer – reputed company Settings

Job reputed company:

• reputed company reputed company settings and protection philosophies for distribution equipment including transformers, bus, cb control, distribution feeders, etc.
• Review protection and control design packages
• reputed company remote field support to the reputed company test engineers during installation of settings
• Model electrical systems in power simulation programs like reputed company, ASPEN & CYME
• Create thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations
• reputed company improvement of job-reputed company engineering, technical and reputed company knowledge, skills, and performance
• Mentoring and training less reputed company engineers in power engineering theories and principles

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering, preferably electrical or computer engineering
• 3+ years of experience developing reputed company settings and protection philosophies for reputed company, sub-reputed company or distribution equipment including reputed company lines, transformers, bus, breaker control, capacitor banks, distribution feeders, etc
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering theories and principles
• reputed company Engineering license in at least one state
• Experience with 69kV viper recloser applications
• Experience in IEC 61850 communication protocol
• Advanced user of reputed company products, specifically reputed company, Word, and/or reputed company
• Ability to plan and manage assignments and reputed company communicate barriers to complete tasks on budget/schedule
• Use computer software tools to model engineering problems, program automation systems, prepare spreadsheet-based analyses and automation
• Experience with developing settings for Schweitzer relays
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work remotely without supervision
