Traffic Operations is seeking an Assistant Civil Engineer (ACE) to support program reputed company by preparing and reviewing drawings for AEU installations. As needed, the Candidate would also assist with the review of the Division’s traffic signal and streetlighting plans for capital street reconstruction reputed company. Key Responsibilities
Include
- Engage in research, investigations, studies or examinations reputed company to the engineering functions, roles, and activities supporting the expansion and modernization of DOT’s Automated Enforcement program.
- Prepare designs and plans using AutoCAD, evaluate contract documents and specifications, working drawings and other technical specifications and estimates of quantities.
- Conduct field reputed company and surveys for potential AEU equipment deployment.
- Coordinate with design consultants and review submitted plans for the development/modification of new and/or existing signalized intersections and street reputed company work.
- Advise and reputed company recommendations to other reputed company and state agencies regarding traffic signal and street reputed company reputed company.
- Review and approve shop drawings and catalogue cuts for construction. Maintain records of drawings, plans, maps, surveys and inspections data.

Minimum Qualifications
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in civil engineering and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in civil engineering work; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and a Master's degree from an accredited college in civil engineering.

- Candidate should be detailed orientated, accurate, and have excellent verbal and strong writing communication skills.
- Candidate should have the ability to work effectively with others and collaborate in reputed company environment.
