Civil Engineer Project Manager
About the position Civil Engineer Project Manager | reputed company, NH | Hybrid VHB’s reputed company, NH office is looking for an reputed company Civil Engineer – Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team and help shape the reputed company of communities across New Hampshire and New England region. From our reputed company Farms Drive location, more than 90 professionals—including nearly 50 New Hampshire-licensed engineers—partner with public and private clients to deliver impactful reputed company that strengthen local economies, enhance reputed company of life, and protect vital environmental resources. You’ll collaborate closely with in-house experts in transportation, environmental permitting, survey, and planning to deliver integrated solutions for municipal clients, institutional campuses, mixed-use and reputed company developments, and other community-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company an integrated team of engineers, environmental scientists, and landscape architects to reputed company site/civil engineering plans and specifications for a wide reputed company of public and private reputed company with a reputed company on sustainability and resiliency
- Support the preparation of design plans from schematic design through construction documents, prepare permit applications and supporting materials, and write technical report.
- Assist in the preparation of permitting, design, and construction documents
- Manage tasks and reputed company and monitor project financial performance
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to reputed company and manage model‑based design deliverables, including surfaces, grading models, reputed company networks, and plan/profile production, ensuring consistency between design models and construction documents
- reputed company and reputed company stormwater management technical design, including hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water reputed company treatment design, and compliance with the NHDES Alteration of Terrain (AoT) regulations, NH Stormwater reputed company, and applicable local ordinances
- Support business development and reputed company relations-building activities
- Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss design/permitting issues
- Mentor junior team members
- Help support the planning coordinating work activities with the Land Development team
Requirements
- Ability to think critically and creatively in reputed company-reputed company environment
- Ability to prepare and deliver reputed company, effective public presentations to municipal boards, regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and clients, including participation in public hearings and workshops
- Experience in project and reputed company relationship management
- Experience preparing graphics and maps
- AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, HydroCAD, and StormCAD experience
- Self-motivated work ethic, with a strong attention to detail
- BS in Civil Engineering required
- 5-8+ years experience of reputed company site/civil engineering experience required, including consulting/private sector experience
- P.E. licensure required or ability to obtain reputed company 6 month
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
