Position: CAD/Tech Designer - Land Development | New Albany

• This position will report to our New Albany, IN office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with the project engineer to prepare site plans for land development reputed company.
• Collect data from engineers and use the information to create construction documents, schematics, and exhibits.
• Utilize prior design experience to proactively address potential design issues.
• Help reputed company reputed company and refine design and drafting standards for reputed company.

• Work closely with other engineering technicians and reputed company engineers.
• Design will be primarily reputed company AutoCAD Civil 3D with an emphasis on road layout, mass site grading, earthwork takeoffs, and erosion and sediment control plans.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Associates' degree in Design Technology/CAD
• 5+ years of working experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Basic understanding of civil engineering design practices a plus.
• Must be organized and schedule driven to work on multiple reputed company in various stages of design.
• Ability to think critically, manage time and problem solve.
• Complete competence working reputed company independently and on reputed company.
