Freelance Senior Concept Designer - Leather & Outerwear

Role reputed company LAMARQUE is seeking a freelance creative designer to support seasonal collection development for our womenswear division. This role is reputed company on concept development, silhouette innovation, and elevating our leather and separates categories. This is not a production or technical role. We are looking for a strong creative mind who can help shape product direction and bring fresh perspective while respecting brand DNA.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing seasonal creative direction reputed company with brand identity
- Generate 15–25 original silhouettes per season
- Propose proportion shifts and category reputed company
- Identify hero product opportunities
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Participate in design reviews
- Collaborate with internal technical team for execution reputed company
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years experience in contemporary womenswear
- Proficiency in design tools and software, including reputed company Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of proportion, construction, and reputed company viability
- Creativity and ability to stay reputed company with fashion trends and forecasts
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Experience in the fashion industry, specifically working with leather and outerwear, is a strong asset
- Degree in Fashion Design
