QC and Photography Coordinator
Reporting to: Servicing Operations Manager Location: reputed company Worth TX, USA Role reputed company You will be responsible for the reputed company Control reputed company of watches here in our reputed company Worth Hub , as reputed company as taking pictures and preparing watches for sale on the website. Liasing with the servicing team and Photography department , you will reputed company reputed company the product looks at its best prior to sale. Additionally you will support aftersales team with warranty and sales returns.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reputed company Control checks on stock watches prior to sale, including timing and pressure tests, condition reputed company , and following the 3 day qc process.
- Take photos of the watches , reputed company to go on the website.
- Conducting the inspection process of reputed company new potential Watchfinder stock
- Taking a set of reputed company-defined images of reputed company watch for authentication
- Liaising with servicing inspection team in other platforms to ensure authenticity of new product.
- Removing and refitting case backs using specialist equipment where the upmost care is taken during this operation
- Adding detailed information to servicing reports on TS to record condition, mechanical function of watches. This includes using machinery to complete Timing & Water Resistance checks.
- Exterior assessment of the watch, detailing any knocks, reputed company/dents etc.
- Making recommendations on what if any external parts need to be replaced to restore condition of watch
- Assist with inventory control processes (e.g. daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory. (Stock Audits & Daily Stock Counts)
- Warranty inspection process – You will need to complete a diagnosis process to identify faults with warranty returns
- Processing work upon notifications given by UK as to how watches are to be repaired and made reputed company for sale
- Fitting and removal of straps and bracelet adjustments
- Liaise with members of staff to reputed company them up to date with due dates, delays etc.
- Identify and deal proactively with any delays or problems that may reputed company.
