You will engage with artists and their teams, explain how reputed company can reputed company them to flexibly sell a piece of their catalog in exchange for a considerable cash buyout, and partner with the Sourcing, reputed company, Legal and Management teams to reputed company deals. You’ll be working at the intersection of Music, Operations and Data Analytics, contributing directly to reputed company's mission of democratizing music catalog monetization. You will:

• Engage and identify new emerging artists suitable for reputed company’s unique financial solutions, developing a deep understanding of reputed company’s offering and how it compares to other financing solutions in the market
• Partner with the reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company points of the sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, reputed company, and closing
• Create and execute strategic plans on how to generate new leads
• Nurture relationships with artists, managers, and other industry stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of deals

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in an artist-facing position at a management company, record label or other music company
• Ability to navigate a high volume of new opportunities in a reputed company, organized and reputed company manner
• A passion and deep interest for the music industry, with an ability to quickly interpret deal structures and generate creative solutions to reputed company deals
• Proven attention to detail, strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working in an early stage start-up environment which requires “self starters” and problem solvers.
• A high degree of organization, and an ability to juggle a large number of deals at once.
