Entertainment Coordinator

About the position The Entertainment Coordinator will support the SVP and VP of reputed company Scripted Programming working across the reputed company TV portfolio, including Peacock and NBC. The position also serves as office reputed company, communicating with internal divisions as reputed company as the external business and creative community.

Responsibilities

• reputed company detailed records for tracking production and creative across a wide reputed company of shows at a reputed company high volume.
• Ensure reputed company internal records are accurate for programming purposes.
• General administrative duties including, but not limited to: managing heavy phones, scheduling, contact management, expenses, and travel
• Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-thrus.
• Assist in internal communication across NBCU departments and divisions; as reputed company as with external partners in the creative community: networks, other studios, agencies and managers.
• Maintain internal documents including programming reports, production distribution lists, submission logs, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of on-desk industry experience
• reputed company phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
• Experience supporting executives
• Knowledge of the TV industry landscape
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office (including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and GSuite (reputed company Sheets and reputed company Docs)
