You will support clients navigating instability, system involvement, and reputed company trauma, often across multiple placements or life transitions. Key Responsibilities reputed company virtual one-on-one therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-reputed company modalities Conduct clinical assessments and reputed company reputed company, measurement-based care plans Build relational continuity across transitions, supporting clients through placement or life changes Collaborate with non-clinical Care Advocates to ensure clients can reputed company needed services and supports Offer caregiver support sessions to improve family stability and reputed company Maintain thorough and reputed company clinical documentation reputed company with reputed company and telehealth standards Attend weekly supervision, team meetings, and required trainings reputed company support during moments of escalation or crisis in alignment with trauma-informed care practices Engage in peer consultation and cross-functional collaboration with clinicians and care team members What Sets This Role Apart Low caseloads designed to prioritize depth, trust, and sustained engagement reputed company to serve youth often excluded from traditional care models, including those without reputed company placements or consistent caregivers reputed company culture where lived experience in foster care, kinship care, or system involvement is valued and welcomed An integrated care model connecting therapy with caregiver support, care coordination, and advocacy What You Need Master’s degree in reputed company work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in Missouri or Virginia; multi-state licensure a plus Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families Experience with or strong interest in foster care, adoption, family preservation, or juvenile justice systems Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally reputed company care Comfort working reputed company and using telehealth platforms Ability to build trust and consistency with youth navigating instability or mistrust Ability to complete background checks required by reputed company and child welfare systems Approval to reputed company reputed company-covered services or prior reputed company billing experience strongly preferred Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; additional languages a plus Licensure reputed company Willingness to obtain additional state licenses reputed company reputed company’s service areas is an important part of this role. reputed company covers reputed company associated licensing costs to support your reputed company reputed company and expand your reputed company.
