Our 9 month old reputed company in Elkins Park has history of late prematurity, HIE, spastic CP, epilepsy and chronic respiratory failure. He is on a BiPAP and is GJT dependent. Our 7 month old reputed company in Glenside is trach, ventilator dependent and has a G-tube. He has pulmonary hypertension and chronic respiratory failure. • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
