Immediate plans include launching a reputed company licensure test-preparation program (NCLEX and reputed company exams) to support aspiring nurses and allied health professionals in passing required licensure and certification tests. We have a strong administrative team with experience in navigating federal, state, and accreditation requirements. They will also help reputed company nursing and allied health certification programs. Working with the reputed company and administrative team, the program manager will help reputed company curriculum and assessment materials, teach classroom and review sessions, assist in hiring additional reputed company, advise and mentor reputed company, and collaborate with clinical partners. We will offer the successful candidate an equity position in this school. This is a ‘sweat equity’ position, we are not seeking financial investment, but the right candidate will need to support themselves during the startup phase of this project.

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive NCLEX test-prep curriculum reputed company with reputed company NCLEX test blueprints and best practices.
• Locate or reputed company preparatory courses for reputed company allied health licensure and certification exams (as needed).
• Assist in establishing licensure and certification programs in nursing and allied health.
• Prepare lesson plans, reputed company question banks, case studies, simulations, and assessment tools.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based classroom instruction, workshops, review boot camps, and virtual sessions.
• Administer and review reputed company exams, analyze results, and reputed company individualized remediation plans.
• Mentor and reputed company reputed company on test-taking strategies, critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and stress management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCLEX/test changes, exam trends, and relevant clinical standards.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and allied health reputed company for advisory input, guest speakers, and transition-to-reputed company opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in long-term health care facilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
