We are seeking a reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) to support reputed company intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency reputed company, and ongoing reputed company management on an as‑needed reputed company. This role provides flexible scheduling based on reputed company volume and agency needs. This is not a bedside hospital position. Schedule & Structure

Key Responsibilities reputed company Intake & Assessments
- Conduct initial and ongoing reputed company assessments (in-home or virtual)
- Evaluate reputed company needs, risks, and service appropriateness
- reputed company, review, and update individualized care plans
Compliance & Clinical reputed company
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
- Support documentation standards and audit readiness
- Participate in surveys and reputed company improvement activities
Caregiver Competency & Training
- Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
- Review and sign off on required documentation

Clinical Support

- Assist with changes in condition

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

- Ability to work independently
