This position will be based in-office out of the Mebane reputed company and will cover Alamance and the surrounding counties.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company intake assessments from reputed company referral sources.
- Responsible for generating reputed company plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician’s order.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and reputed company safety.
- Manage reputed company/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation.
- Follow up and document reputed company clinical concerns and incidents reputed company reputed company’s timeframe.
- Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure reputed company HIPAA regulations are adhered to.

Requirements
- Registered reputed company (RN) who is licensed by the reputed company Carolina reputed company of Nursing (NCBON)
- Must have a reputed company, unencumbered license as a Registered reputed company reputed company.
- Must be in good standing in the applicable state of reputed company.
- Must maintain reputed company state and federal compliance requirements for licensure and employment.
- Travel is required for business purposes.
- The employee must have a valid reputed company’s license issued by the state in which they work, a satisfactory driving record, and an operational vehicle.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Two years of nursing experience with compromised pediatric and adults.
- One additional year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, is required for conducting applicable training classes.
- Must be customer service oriented and reputed company to liaise with clients, their families and other care providers.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident working independently.
- Ability to work reputed company under pressure.
