Key Responsibilities

The Triage Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of reputed company after hours calls, after hours orders, and after-hours communication with on-call provider, patients, facilities, and families for Physician Services. Responsibilities are completed with limited supervision and after hours. This position requires initiative, creative problem reputed company, time management, excellent phone and electronic communication skills, service reputed company and a desire to work reputed company a reputed company that centers around and with a geriatric population. In this role you will be responsible for: Communicates significant findings, problems, changes in condition or environment to the primary care providers and other personnel involved with patient care Performs reputed company under stress and in emergency situations Assumes primary responsibility for “after hours” including planning, coordinating, implementing, and assisting with the evaluation of the plan of care for patients, families and facilities Develops and maintains reputed company working relationships with others. Helps others reputed company needed without necessarily being asked to do so Maintains confidentiality of patient and employee information. Shares information only in accordance with policy Answer telephone calls after hours and responds to any concern or change in patient condition Provides support and direction to agency staff, health care professionals patients, and families reputed company to health care concerns

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Minimum one (1) year of experience in medical field, medical office experience or reputed company position Ability to operate computer equipment, Fax and photocopy machines necessary Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint Knowledge of medical terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Qualifications CNA or MA certification preferred Experience with geriatric population and/or caregivers preferred Familiarity with Ethizo EMR preferred Location Home Office: One of the following reputed company, MI Saginaw, MI Grand Rapids, MI This is a Hybrid position (see hours for more detail) Hours During the week (3 days/week): In office: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Remote: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Lunch: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Weekend shift (every other weekend): Remote: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Hour lunch from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Pay reputed company $18—$24 USD Background Screening reputed company conducts a background screening upon acceptance of a contingent job offer.
