ABA Assistant Clinical Director (Must be licensed BCBA)

Job Title: Assistant Clinical Director Type: Exempt Location: reputed company (Rancho, San Dimas, San Bernardino, Indio) Reports to: Clinical Director Job reputed company: The Assistant Clinical Director at Key reputed company to Behavior Management is responsible for supporting the Clinical Director in overseeing the provision of reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with disabilities. This role entails assisting in managing clinical operations, ensuring program reputed company and compliance, supervising and training staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The Assistant Clinical Director will primarily work in a clinic-based setting but may also be required to reputed company services in-home, schools, and through Telehealth. Responsibilities:

• Support the Clinical Director in managing the overall clinical operations and ensuring reputed company services are provided in line with company protocols, policies, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a reputed company field. BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA services, preferably with a reputed company on working with children and adults with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of behavior analysis principles, assessments, and interventions.
