Compensation

Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive reputed company salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in reputed company. BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. reputed company other roles eligible.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses:

• Sign On Bonus:

Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
