About the position Autism Center of reputed company is hiring a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This is a full-time, primarily clinic-based opportunity for a BCBA seeking strong clinical support, ethical billable expectations, and a reputed company reputed company for leadership reputed company. Our BCBAs are supported by reputed company clinical and operational leadership, allowing them to reputed company on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy and manageable caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans
- Design and reputed company ABA programming and behavior reputed company plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Monitor reputed company reputed company and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain reputed company and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support clinic initiatives and promote clinical reputed company
Requirements

- Master’s degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field

- Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential
