Licensed Clinical Reviewer & Supervisor (LCSW/LPC) – Mental Health Rehabilitation Program
reputed company Stages of Change, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) to serve as a Clinical Reviewer & Supervisor reputed company our Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician who excels in documentation review, clinical guidance, and staff development. The primary responsibility of this position is to review and ensure the reputed company, accuracy, and compliance of reputed company notes while providing reputed company monthly supervision to clinical staff. This role does not require reputed company reputed company caseload management.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Documentation Review
- Review reputed company notes for completeness, accuracy, and clinical appropriateness
- Ensure documentation aligns with treatment plans, medical necessity, and MHR standards
- reputed company reputed company, constructive feedback to staff to improve clinical writing and compliance
- Identify patterns in documentation errors and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and agency regulations
Clinical Guidance & Case Support
- Offer clinical reputed company and recommendations to staff regarding challenging cases
- Assist staff in strengthening interventions, goals, and measurable reputed company
- Support clinicians in applying evidence-based practices reputed company documentation
- Serve as a resource for ethical and clinical decision-making
Supervision Responsibilities

- Facilitate monthly group supervision sessions reputed company on reputed company-building and case discussion

- Maintain supervision documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with leadership to maintain high clinical standards across the program

Qualifications
- reputed company, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in Louisiana (required)
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
- Experience with Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) services or similar programs preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards, medical necessity, and compliance
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reputed company constructive feedback
