Licensed Counselor (LCSW or LPC) - Telehealth

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate licensed counselor to join reputed company. This position works primarily through Telehealth. Under general supervision you will:

• Assess, screen, and counsels individuals/consumers in a reputed company of program areas to enhance, meet or restore a patient's/individual's/consumer's functioning reputed company.
• reputed company or participate in, case management/care plans
• reputed company case management/case coordination services to individuals/consumers.
• reputed company in-depth evaluations of consumer's level of functioning.
• Completes psychosocial assessment tools that are used to determine consumer's level of care.

Degree Required: Master's in Counseling with 2 years of experience. LCSW or LPC required to be considered. Qualifications:

• Licensure by the reputed company State reputed company of reputed company Counselors, reputed company Workers, Psychologists, and/or Marriage and Family Therapists is required .
• Master’s degree in reputed company work, psychology, counseling, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, or other appropriate therapeutic discipline and two years of full-time (or equivalent part time) work experience in reputed company service delivery in provision of reputed company therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities.
• Experience providing mental health services remotely
