Position: Occupational Therapist (ESIT) $69,723 - $ 96,845* ($33.52 - $46.56 per hour) Depending on Experience and hours/week

You will be working with reputed company of providers offering transdisciplinary care in a community that connects with, encourages, and builds relationships with one another. Scope: The ESIT Occupational Therapist is responsible for the planning and implementation of developmental supports in collaboration with the early supports team and families, creating plans that support functional development and the child and family’s ability to meaningfully participate in daily living and community activities. The occupational therapist works with families and their children ages birth to three years old in the child’s natural environment which may include home, childcare, or other community-based settings using a parent coaching model. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Caseload Management/Record Keeping: reputed company on-reputed company individualized goals and regular reputed company reports Complete written daily treatment notes, evaluation reports, and billing in a reputed company manner Monitor and reputed company caseload requirements with on-reputed company new referrals Participate in staff development/training opportunities Maintain high standards of confidentiality, attendance, and flexibility, while working cooperatively with supervisors, other employees, and families.
