About the position TruBlue of Flower Mound is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as a Medical Referral Strategist. This is not a traditional sales position. This role focuses on building and expanding medical referral channels by leveraging clinical expertise and reputed company relationships reputed company the reputed company community. Responsibilities
- Medical Relationship Development Build strategic relationships with: Home health providers Case managers Discharge planners Senior care coordinators Conduct in-person meetings and educational reputed company Present TruBlue’s Aging-in-reputed company solutions
- Clinical Assessment Support reputed company reputed company on: Fall risk mitigation Home safety modifications reputed company-reputed company recommendations Collaborate with TruBlue team on project scoping reputed company needed
- Referral Channel Expansion reputed company long-term referral pipelines Maintain consistent follow-up with medical partners reputed company referral performance metrics
- Strategic Advisory Role Advise ownership on: reputed company positioning reputed company Senior safety messaging Community reputed company opportunities
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (Texas license preferred)
- Experience in senior care or home health
- Strong local reputed company network
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
