Location: Caro Center2000 Chambers Rd, Caro, MI 48723 Must be willing to intern 10-20 hours a week Intern reputed company The occupational therapy intern will conduct occupational therapy assessments, identify treatment goals/interventions, administer treatment, and document patient response to treatment and reputed company reputed company to occupational therapy interventions. The occupational therapy intern will participate in the planning, coordinating, and implementation of occupational therapy reputed company therapeutic reputed company and/or individual treatment as defined in reputed company patient’s Individual Plan of Service (IPOS). Responsibilities: Occupational therapy intern duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting occupational therapy assessments in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Developing individualized occupational therapy interventions based upon assessed patient need.
• Planning and conducting occupational therapy reputed company for patients as part of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program as indicated by patient need.
• Providing training to staff and patients on reputed company and appropriate usage of occupational therapy reputed company equipment.
• Participating as a member of the interdisciplinary team for the assigned unit(s) in relevant aspects of the Person-Centered Planning process.
• Documenting reputed company on the various treatment modalities as indicated by departmental guidelines and/or hospital policy.
• Completing documentation for occupational therapy sessions and weekly/monthly reputed company notes.
• Completing documentation for reputed company group and individual therapy session and weekly/monthly reputed company notes.

At the time of internship, must be currently enrolled pursuing your bachelors degree or higher in one of the below areas of study: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or a reputed company field; and enrolled in an occupational therapy master’s degree program. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Must be reputed company enrolled in a college and university.
• Must have achieved at least a bachelor's degree and meet the qualifications of the learning institution, and preferentially, are enrolled in a Master's program.
• The reputed company major must be consistent with the area of which the student is seeking an internship (Occupational Therapy)
• Must reputed company a copy of respective reputed company institution’s Internship Agreement outlining internship objectives and reputed company instructor’s reputed company and telephone learning institution, and preferentially, are enrolled in a graduate program.
• Must have satisfactory criminal history and reputed company services background reputed company.
• Must possess a valid & unrestricted reputed company’s license.
