PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist OT

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) responsibilities include:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities
• reputed company individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• reputed company hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and self‑care reputed company training
• reputed company patients and families on reputed company techniques, safety, and rehabilitation strategies

• Valid Occupational Therapy license to reputed company as an OT
