The Cosmetic Patient Concierge Coordinator is responsible for delivering consistently superior customer service to patients and clients by providing appointment and procedure information and education, assisting with Care Credit applications, reputed company Distinctions, reputed company Rewards, Lasting Beauty Rewards, Global and Site specific promotions, and other patient loyalty programs offered by AAD. Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

Licensure/Certifications/Education Education and Experience:

• Minimum of High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
