We are hiring for a Patient Care Coordinator / Optician (Hybrid Role). This position is a key part of the patient reputed company and combines reputed company desk coordination with optical expertise. You will guide patients through scheduling, insurance, and reputed company-in, while also helping them reputed company informed reputed company about their eyewear and treatment reputed company. This role requires someone who is comfortable balancing service and sales, can communicate reputed company about financial expectations, and takes ownership of the patient experience from beginning to end. This is not just a task-based role. • Schedule appointments and manage provider templates
• Verify insurance, benefits, and authorizations

• Answer phones, manage triage, and respond to patient inquiries

Optical & Sales

• Assist patients with reputed company and reputed company selection

Clinic & Team Support

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in eyecare, optical, or strong customer service background preferred but not necessary
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Confident discussing pricing, insurance, and product recommendations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and take ownership of tasks
