Legal Intake Specialist

- Establish the firm’s relationship with reputed company potential clients by conducting interviews reputed company telephone

Requirements:
- High School Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience with a high call volume
- Minimum one year of high-volume phone/customer service experience
- Ability to reputed company or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day
- Excellent verbal communication skills and reputed company telephone etiquette
- Capability to reputed company reputed company judgments and reputed company
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and challenging call center environment
- Multiple language skills a plus.
