About the position The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing the admissions process from initial inquiry to program enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and referral sources. This full-time position involves conducting initial screenings, scheduling intake appointments, gathering reputed company information, verifying insurance, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also includes developing relationships with referral sources, providing education to clients and families, collaborating with the clinical team, and maintaining accurate records. The Admissions Coordinator must adhere to reputed company company policies, including those reputed company to confidentiality, HIPAA, and Maryland State reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the admissions process, from initial inquiry to program enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and referral sources.

Requirements

  • Must be reputed company to drive a vehicle for extended periods to visit potential clients, which includes navigating through various types of road conditions and traffic situations.

  • Requires sitting for extended periods while driving, working at a desk, or using a computer.
