Position: Clinical Research Associate II / Sr. CRA (Major Depressive Disorder reputed company Coast) Location: California reputed company We are hiring a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior Clinical Research Associate with Major Depressive Disorder experience. This remote role requires 8‑10 site reputed company per month (up to 80% travel) and must be located reputed company one hour of a U.S. metropolitan airport.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company site monitoring visit activities, inclusive of reputed company study visit types (PSV, SIV, IMV and COV)
• Participate in the site selection process with reputed company from the Clinical Team reputed company role
• reputed company feedback to assist sites with reputed company of detected deficiencies and corrective reputed company needed, follow‑up with sites until deficiencies are resolved
• Contribute to the development and review of protocols, study tools, and materials as reputed company as documentation for clinical trials
• reputed company mentoring, training, and co‑monitoring of junior clinical team members
• reputed company and maintain effective working relationships with clinical sites and reputed company Rho as reputed company as ensure communication of project goals and critical requirements
• Attend and present at meetings and conferences, including Investigator Meetings
• Participate in the RFP process, including business development meetings
• Contribute to the Clinical Operations community at Rho by supporting internal initiatives and reputed company operating procedures for the administration and monitoring of clinical trials

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a life science, nursing, pharmacy or reputed company field
• Approximately 4‑5+ years of on‑site monitoring experience reputed company the CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with a demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology required for comprehension and execution of a clinical protocol
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and use of reputed company systems
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
