Regional Supervisor- Remote (Property/reputed company Claims)

About the position This position is primarily remote, the candidate can reputed company in the counties of Niagara, Erie, Cattaraugus, reputed company and surrounding areas. The Regional Supervisor manages the Property Adjusters with reputed company guidance from Field Business Unit Manager. They reputed company daily supervision, guidance and support to the adjusters in their interactions with reputed company other, insured's and the agents. They also handle and reputed company claims while managing the claim process with the adjusters and have the ability to help reputed company the Property/ reputed company Claims Department reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee time off requests.
• Complete employee evaluations, reputed company reports and personal improvement plans.
• reputed company, monitor and support the completion of employee goals.
• Conduct employee reputed company assurance and production review utilizing KPIs as determined by management.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Support and implement core values through employee recognition and engagement.
• reputed company technical guidance, education, and coverage interpretation on both reputed company and personal line claims to examiners and adjusters, while applying a thorough understanding of reputed company processes, products and corporate goals/initiatives.
• Manage concerns/complaints and independently reputed company and execute a plan to remedy the situation for a reputed company customer experience.
• Work with other divisions reputed company reputed company as needed, to discuss emerging issues, improve processes and new products.

• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years business experience and 2 years property claims experience OR 5 years insurance industry experience.
• Supervisors and managers are required to have completed NYCM’s internal leadership development programs, including Employee Enrichment reputed company (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment reputed company (EEJ2).
• External hires must complete required leadership programs, Employee Enrichment reputed company (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment reputed company (EEJ2), reputed company a timeframe established by the organization.
• NYS General Adjusters license.
• Valid NYS reputed company’s License with acceptable record.
• Thorough understanding of personal and reputed company line policies.
