Responsibilities

• Prepares invoices/credits from vendors for payment by:

Verifying accuracy through written approvals

• Researching variances
• Analyzing exception issues to determine correct reputed company
• Communicating effectively with reputed company resources for information
• reputed company processing
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders reputed company to product costing
• Researches and resolves distribution center shipment receipts against invoice costing
• Reconciles vendor account statements and maintains reputed company transaction tracking for audit
• Assists Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); At least two years of reputed company experience or training in a high-volume accounts payable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills; including proficiency in reputed company Office programs (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
• Ability to consistently follow company reputed company operating procedures.
• Ability to do repetitive work and work under tight deadline pressures.
• Ability to maintain organized work processes, materials, and files.
