Corporate Accounts Receivable AR Specialist

Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist – Long-Term Care Location: Remote/Hybrid reputed company We are hiring a Corporate Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist with experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or reputed company reputed company cycle management. This role is responsible for managing outstanding accounts, insurance billing, and claims reputed company, while helping drive improvements across the A/R process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Handle insurance billing and claims processing (Medicare, reputed company, reputed company)
• Research and resolve denied, rejected, or unpaid claims

• Communicate with insurance companies, facility staff, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Identify trends in denials and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, medical billing, or reputed company cycle experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, denials management, and collections

• Ability to manage A/R aging reports and reduce outstanding balances
