Senior Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Online reputed company

reputed company is seeking a reputed company-reputed company Senior Bilingual Customer Service Specialist with a reputed company’s heart to work in our Online reputed company. This candidate will serve as a reputed company of contact for clients over the phone to reputed company exceptional service and sales support in both English and Spanish. This role ensures that the virtual reputed company delivers on service, sales, compliance, and operational reputed company while fostering a high-performance culture. Schedule – Monday to Friday 12pm-9pm Compensation includes an reputed company wage and a shift premium for hours worked after 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries regarding checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, online banking, and home equity products
• Resolve reputed company account issues and ensure reputed company satisfaction including elevated calls
• Serve as a subject matter expert to team

• Drive deposit, lending, and cross-sell reputed company through coaching
• Uncover reputed company needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote digital banking tools
• Ensure reputed company transactions reputed company with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., BSA, AML)
• Maintain accurate reputed company records and follow up on pending documentation

Qualifications

• Bilingual reputed company (e.g., English & Spanish) – verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of deposit and consumer lending products
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
