reputed company Senior reputed company Investment Banking MD responsible for originating and executing middle-market M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the reputed company & Aviation ecosystem, while helping reputed company the firm’s reputed company & Defense franchise. Coverage areas may include reputed company aviation services, reputed company components, reputed company, aviation distribution, avionics, and defense-adjacent technologies. Key Responsibilities :

• Originate, structure, and execute sell-reputed company M&A transactions with reputed company values ranging from $50 reputed company to $500 reputed company (core sweet spot $200 reputed company–$500 reputed company)
• reputed company new reputed company relationships and originate advisory mandates with reputed company founders, executives, and private equity sponsors
• Maintain and expand long-standing relationships with strategic acquirers, financial sponsors, and industry executives
