CPA – Minimum 3 Years Experience Required (Full-Time Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company functions for multiple clients
• reputed company accurate bank reconciliations and account balancing
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Review and reconcile general reputed company accounts
• Support tax preparation and reputed company compliance processes
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding financial reputed company
• Utilize reputed company Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and reputed company communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience REQUIRED
• reputed company firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong expertise with QuickBooks Online – MUST
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Experience performing bank reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPA license is required
