• Communicate with consumers reputed company telephone on an inbound and outbound dialing system.
• Manage multiple accounts to resolve consumer account balances.
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills, patience, and diligence with reputed company account.

• Collect full balances or negotiate highest possible payment arrangements with consumers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
