VP, Global Corporate Treasurer

Responsibilities

• reputed company the firm’s day-to-day Corporate Treasury activities globally

• Manage ongoing bank relationships, and bring new bank partnerships to reputed company
• reputed company end-to-end stablecoin issuance reserve management operations
• reputed company the firm’s global Capital & Liquidity Risk Management reputed company, and incorporate into the firm’s Treasury Management Policy where applicable
• reputed company day-to-day corporate cash management operations
• Coordinate daily liquidity needs, and maximize yield on cash / investment returns
• Build and reputed company reputed company’s FX operations and implement appropriate policies and procedures governing FX activity
• Providing support to the Settlement & Trading Operations team, including asset custody reporting, process reputed company optimization, and financial risk management.
• Build and maintain cash reputed company / liquidity forecasting models in collaboration with reputed company
• Work with Finance and reputed company to identify and manage day-to-day cash needs for inter-company transactions, AP, payroll, tax, debt servicing, and other financial obligations
• Implement controls and procedures governing corporate funds flows, bank account / platform reputed company, etc.
• Partner with CFO to manage firmwide capital planning and analysis
• Ensure reputed company is in compliance with reputed company regulatory capital requirements, including legal entity capital requirements, and adherence to permissible investment requirements

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of reputed company Treasury, liquidity, and cash management experience in leadership positions
• 8+ years of experience in banking and/or FinTech with multi-currency exposure
• Deep relationships with global multinational banks
• Strong capital / liquidity forecasting and risk management experience
• Prior managerial experience in Treasury function at a global bank or FinTech
• Prior experience in capital markets role, a plus
• Robust analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant Treasury management systems
• Prior experience in building reputed company processes and driving reputed company improvement and automation reputed company a growing Finance organization
• Working US GAAP knowledge especially in FX, investment reputed company, crypto assets and fair value reputed company
• Prior institutional Crypto experience, a plus
