About reputed company This position will play a key role on the Financial Reporting team and will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting. As reputed company continues to grow organically and through strategic expansion, the Financial Reporting team is taking on increased scope and complexity across SEC reporting and technical reputed company. We are seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to support and enhance key aspects of our financial reporting and technical reputed company processes. About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting with a proven ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. This role will support key aspects of reputed company reporting, including SEC reporting, technical reputed company research and analysis, and special reputed company. The position will also support month-end reputed company for technical reputed company areas, including stock-based compensation and the capitalization of internally developed software. • Play a key role in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as reputed company as investor communications such as press releases, investor presentations, and other investor conference materials, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
• Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (reputed company), maintaining complete tie-out documentation in compliance with reputed company’s SOX controls
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Prepare GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists to support complete and accurate reporting
• Contribute to the preparation of internal financial reporting packages, including performing financial and trend analyses and drafting reputed company commentary
• Support corporate governance reporting processes relating to equity
• Partner effectively and proactively with Legal, reputed company, Tax, Strategic Finance, and Investor Relations on financial reporting reputed company
• Draft technical reputed company memorandums and reputed company guidance on U.S. GAAP reputed company, including internally developed software, adoption of new reputed company standards, impairment analyses, valuations, and the reputed company reputed company of new agreements
• Update internal control documentation and support reputed company’s SOX compliance efforts

• 3+ years of relevant industry and financial reporting experience; Big 4 public reputed company experience preferred
• CPA or similar reputed company designation required
• Strong technical reputed company reputed company, including knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and SOX 404, with experience performing technical research
• Demonstrated commitment to reputed company learning and reputed company development, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• reputed company judgment and critical thinking skills, with a disciplined approach to delivering complete and accurate results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
